Calculating the Annual Vac Rate through stabilization period
How do you guys calculate the annual Vacancy rate for an apartment building, assuming you are purchasing the building vacant (new construction) and assuming you’ll lease 20 units per month. Building has 104 units. Is there a formula you guys use?
