Capital Contribution

I have to add a capital contribution to our existing underwriting model to include $150k influx of capital in month 8 of the hold period. Anyone have any recommendations on how to do this?

I’m tempted to do a simultaneous inflow and outflow so it’s not treated as positive cash flow but then it will not affect the returns and the capital contributions will still be the same.

Any help?
