Capital introducer fees
Hi fellow monkeys,
Has anyone dealt with non-institutional capital introducers before and their economics? I've got capital introducers coming to me asking for a success fee of 1.5% of capital raised for every single transaction we'll ever do with an investor. That sounds way too aggressive compared to private placement firms and their fees. Any thoughts dealing with these types?
Thanks,
RE Monkey
