Are there any career production analysts (not underwriting analysts but production analysts that do the initial sizings,, gets quotes and work on deals up until a deal is app'd) at places like Walker & Dunlop and similar GSE shops? Or is the expectation for them to be producers? If they stay as career production analysts what will their pay top out at? Thank you!
