I'm required to deliver Financial, Investment Analysis and Short development of cash flow calculations with Project & Equity IRR and Project & Equity NPV for a residential project given some financial assumptions like Development Cost Assumptions (Land Cost, Infra Cost, Landscaping, etc...), Financing Assumptions (D/E Ratio, Interest Rate, Cost of Equity and Depreciation) and Parking Requirements. Is it possible to deliver the requirements with this data only (Without historical data)?
