Centrus London - Modeling test + Infos

Let's say that apparently working at Centrus does not close doors (Not looking for a role here expecting an exit at an Elite firm)

Forgive my ignorance, but why would the exit matter if this is for a senior associate position? Surely by this time you'd already be targeting the exit (which makes this lateral move confusing, to say the least) or already at your exit?

Also that pay, at the upper end anyway, isn't really terrible. It's market. 

I'll be honest the CF guy there ex Big Four - is not someone I'd work for had exp. with the dude, and just put me off. If you get on then its a decent shop!

Did you accept the offer after all? What was your background by any chance? So they pay £90k base at senior associate? Was bonus slightly higher? I was thinking of reaching out to them for a role in a few months.. 

Also, what are your hours like?

Hello! May I ask what the modelling test was about in the end (Centrus)? Simple cashflow and IRR etc? What was the sector? Any difficulty? (1hr sounds either very tough or brief).
