Just saw the article in The Real Deal yesterday, sounds like Rosenfeld in danger of getting wiped out of his stake in the project? Guessing he probably already raked in a shit ton in fees over the years, he bought the thing back in 2008 and of course went through multiple iterations of what the end product would look like.
Definitely took some pretty big balls to pull off, but curious how exposed he might be personally to the glut of unsold condos I imagine are being impacted due to COVID and the current borrowing rates.

They should get raked for having red and white 24/7 neon lights on every balcony that for sure bleed into every hotel or hotel condo room unless the black out curtains are drawn

Hope they all lose their shirts. The old CC Equinox behind the hotel was great, but the replacement at the mall blows.
Second this. Remember the X bar at the bottom of the hotel? Great place to meet up for a drink. Spent several afternoons at the pool visiting friends staying at the old hotel. Yeah, a little old and tired, but it was nice. Same for the mall in century city, I didn’t mind the previous version pre 2017. Actually, I didn’t mind the version pre 2008. When the food court was on first level and people thought century city was boring and bland.
Can't comment on some of the other places you mentioned, but this version of the mall is 10x better than the old version(s) IMO.
Woodridge also has had high amount of turnover from an already boutique sized headcount..didn't see them start to try to replace those who left, and this seems to be why...
