I've seen a debt AM and a loan servicing role here recently. I also heard they might be hiring on originations side but haven't seen an official posting.

Anyone have insight in their debt platform and overall culture, visibility in the market, wlb, comp, etc?

He pushed me to be more intentional about how I talk about my experience and gave me concrete steps to prepare for interviews, from tailoring my resume to practicing financial modeling.
