Have my annual review coming up and am up for a VP promotion. Currently an ASO2 and curious what is market for a 1st year VP title. The firm is a MM/UMM REPE w/ $10B+ AUM, institutional funds, & is focused on all prop types, US geographies, risk profiles, and capital structures (JV, Direct, Pref, etc.)
Any insight on expected comp is greatly appreciated. Breakout between base + bonus + promote (VP and up receive it at my shop) would be very helpful.
