I was wondering if anyone had any insight into Colliers Mortgage, inclusive of their Commercial Finance & Agency Lending segments. In 2020, they acquired Doughtery & Co (a full-service investment bank and brokerage firm), effectively forming a funding group (Colliers Commercial Finance & Agency Lending) as well as an investment banking arm (Colliers Securities).
Any comments will be much appreciated.
