Commercial Real Estate → Sales and Trading at a bank?

Hi guy,

I am a rising junior at a semi/non-target school.. This summer I had an opportunity to work at a commercial real estate company (one of the biggest ones in the industry) doing some financial analysis work..(think of debt service coverage ratio, Trepp, etc).

How would I be able to turn this opportunity to sales and trading at a investment bank? I want to get an internship at a big bank like Deutsche Bank next summer, but I am not sure how to leverage this experience yet...

Definitely more Fixed Income sides, but specifically where??

I can't find any info ... PLEASE

Yo,

I worked in CRE this year and S&T this summer (rising junior too). My experience was focused more towards research, however I pushed the macroeconomic analysis exposure I got from my job. For financial/debt analysis -> S&T you could spin some of the work you did for a credit/syndicate desk based on where your interests are. Just some thoughts, FICC is huge, so not sure exactly what you are interested in.
