REPE Comp in DC (Multifamily)?

Hey Guys,

Curious as to comp in REPE on the Acquisitions side for a MM fund in DC. Mostly multifamily - about $15B AUM. I have almost a year of interning under them. Going to graduate with an MBA from Georgetown University sometime around May (Real Estate Finance Concentration).

The one time I had a conversation about this with someone at the firm I was told they pay 40% bonus, but didn't hear much as to base comp. First year analyst (same firm) with no MBA in TX on the job posting was saying $80k-$100k - and that are all the data points I've collected.

Would be nice to get some benchmarks from some fellow peeps in DC.

Thanks in advance!
