Comparative Office Lease Analysis
Hey all,
Wondering if anyone has a comparative lease analysis model built for excel that i can dump argus cash flows in for both a base and deal scenario. New company i started at has a god awful model full of hard coding and im going to lose it if i continue to work in this sheet. Im planning on building a new one from scratch, but in the essence of time, if anyone has one they are willing to share it would be greatly appreciated.

Why don't you use Argus built-in Scenario Analytics if you have access to it?
