Comparative Office Lease Analysis
Hey all, Wondering if anyone has a comparative lease analysis model built for excel that i can dump argus cash flows in for both a base and deal scenario. New company i started at has a god awful model full of hard coding and im going to lose it if i continue to work in this sheet. Im planning on building a new one from scratch, but in the essence of time, if anyone has one they are willing to share it would be greatly appreciated. This would be for office leasing only
Why don't you use Argus built-in Scenario Analytics if you have access to it?
