Does anyone know any good sources for salary, bonus, carry comps in REPE? Selby Jennings has a really good report but want to see if there’s anything else out there.

I also recommend looking at the CEL Compensation report… might be a little outdated at this point since it’s 2022. But, nevertheless a good resource.

Is the Selby Jennings report you're referring to the 10 pager called "Investment Management Salary Guide 2023"? Or is there something more in-depth and RE specific?
