Course idea to learn basics of underwriting/modeling?

Hello,

I am currently one year out of undergrad and am looking to pivot from financial advising in to CRE. I studied finance & math in undergrad and have a solid amount of experience in excel but I know I have a ways to go.

In a recent coffee conversation with an analyst at CBRE, he recommended to do a course on the basics of underwriting and modeling. He did not remember the course he had taken to land his gig.

Does anyone have any recommendations for good courses so I can confidently talk about underwriting/do a modeling assessment in a interview?

Thank you all!

REFM 100% for the basics, levels 1-2 will get you on your feet and ready for interviews, level 3 is more geared towards PE from what I recall but if you can get through that one then you should be very solid.
