CRE Research Analyst to CRE Investment Analyst
How hard is it to jump from a CRE Research Analyst at a firm like CBRE to a CRE Investment Analyst at a MM or BB? Would this require a pay cut?
Extremely difficult.
Is it harder to get into a MM firm than somewhere like Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI)?
PREI to MM firm is by far less difficult. I just don't understand why you would want to go back to the sell-side if you're already in the buy-side.
