CRE to MBA?

Currently an undergrad but will be going into a capital markets role at a top real estate brokerage next summer and hopefully full time. I’m not planning on going to business school unless I really need it (need to pivot careers or advance in a firm) but I would like some insight into how Business Schools look at commercial real estate experience especially on either the investment sales or debt equity side. I love commercial real estate but my main concern is that it would pigeonhole me so hearing some perspectives about how the experience is viewed would reassure me that I could always hit reset on my career.
