CREF Analyst/Associate Roles that have a strong relationship factor

Hello,

New to this forum for the most part. I currently work at a debt REIT as an analyst and want to explore other worlds and departments. I have a strong social skillset and like talking to people and establishing relationships, but also have an interest in underwriting and understanding real estate from a quant level. I want to do something where I use more of my relationship skills to my advantage (either monetarily or simple for my own work enjoyment) however, I don't know what type of roles this would be be suited in besides brokerage which I do not want to do as I prefer a salary role, unless there is brokerage jobs that do this and I am unaware (I know there is draws but no). I know there is roles like IR but I don't think that is deal side as I want to be. From what I understand there is capital raising, loan originations, bond desks, etc. that could fit this, but what else is out there?

Thank you.
