Crexi Intelligence — worth it?
Me and a couple friends are looking at getting Crexi Intelligence, mainly for personally buying retail properties. Before we pull the trigger wanted to hear from people actually using it.
- Is it actually worth $299/mo for retail? Loan data, Placer.AI, etc, or is it inaccurate/overhyped?
- We were thinking of pooling money and sharing one login. Anyone doing that, and does it actually work or do you get kicked/locked out with multiple people on it?
