Hey guys--I need some help underwriting a multi deal in Dallas. I have not worked in the market before and need to understand what to budget for hard costs (assuming wrap vs. podium); soft costs in terms of permit/impact fees; and how tax structure works. Can anyone help with this info? Thanks!
