Differences of Working Tishman Speyer/Silverstein/Witkoff - what are they learning vs other firms

Hey guys, have heard from this forum and others that Tishman has an insane modeling test. I’m curious with that standard and it’s general reputation of Tishman Speyer and other forms listed what are junior employees (0-3 years out of school) working there in Acqusitions/Development seeing that would be different for a lesser known shop with 1-2mm SF under dev. Are the models just more complex? Do they come in more prepared? At the end of the day slot of the steps are the same so I’m curious what the difference is in top firms.

Can’t comment on the difficulty of the test. But in all honesty, it’s like college. You take a class with a slight variation on the name on the door but the textbook is still the same. You learn pretty much the same things tweaked for what’s important at that firm. There are only so many ways to skin the cat when all you want to do is figure out cost to build and stabilized NOI
