Do US Brokerages Sponsor Internationals?

Title says it all, but curious to hear if anyone has heard of top IS and/or D/E placement teams (I know Eastdil doesn't) sponsoring internationals. For background, I'm graduating in June from a T15 MBA program on the West Coast. I interned at a well-recognized REIT last summer, and previously worked in RE merchant banking.

I've realized that I'd 100% prefer to work for a heavy hitting sell-side team versus being at an LP investor (whether equity or credit). Brokerage simply suits my personality better (i.e. not slamming my head against a wall trying to pick up 25 bps to make a deal work).

Hey, wondering if you got your question answered?
I'm in a similar boat. Saw that CBRE and JLL sponsors a few analysts each year the past five years but not sure if they were part of IS and/or D/E placement teams.
