Dominium Development

Does anyone know anything about Dominium? Specifically their Atlanta office? I have an upcoming interview with them and I am looking for more information on them. There's not much discussion about them on here despite them being a pretty large player in affordable housing. Appreciate any insight.

Thanks!

If you can dodge a wrench you can dodge a ball. If you can underwrite an affordable deal with 13 different sources of funds, and the administrative requirements of the city, county, state and park district, you can develop market-rate deals with an LP and a bank loan.

I’m out of Minneapolis and they have a good reputation here. They do a lot of work and I’ve seen the people who join as analysts or interns go on to work at affordable and market rate developers if they go elsewhere.

Don't know the Atlanta office but they're a big, well respected player across the nation (in affordable housing).  I see some comments saying the pay isn't great, I'm not sure compared to what, but my guess is if you're a junior employee you'll be just fine.

Great place to learn the ropes and network, I know a couple folks there that have been given the option to get equity in new companies, transition to senior roles at other shops, etc etc.
