Eastdil IBD Interview- RE Specefic Expected
Hi everyone,
I was curious as to what level of RE technicals would be asked in a REIB interview at Eastdil? I have one real estate related internship which is a part time internship I started 2 weeks ago. I have a pretty strong understanding of corporate finance but am working fast to get a good grab of RE technicals.
My friend recently had an superday with them. From what she said, there was an excel test that tested basic concepts like DSCR, IRR, NPV, etc.... But after that, the interview was all fit-based.

Is this IBD under the Wells umbrella or is it Investment sales?
IBD, however I'd be interested in knowing what an investment sales interview would require too.
IBD interview is very easy, mostly fit based. Just know general basics about REITs and what not. Know AFFO, FFO, how REITs trade, how they are different than normal companies.
