Based in SW. 4 years exp. Formerly brokerage and acquisitions for small investment fund targeting B/C industrial where I was supporting/running acquisitions.
Been discussing to partner with family office individual, spearheading majority of day-day responsibilities (same strategy, basically - deploy $10-20MM/year of equity into existing B/C industrial, IOS, MF). Will run the full gambit taking deals cradle to grave with expectation that I will have AM support.
Curious for those that have taken the leap of faith of things learned along the way. Will be going from full time salary to solely fee based and handling much greater responsibilities.
