Exit opportunities secondary mortgage market

Hello guys I’m a current Secondary Mortgage Market Analyst (2 years). I graduated from a non-target school and I am currently working on my CFA level 1. What are some exit opportunities for me outside of the mortgage industry? The job is fine but it doesn’t challenge me and I do not feel like it’s going to be a good long-term career path. Ultimate goal is Asset Management/Equity research.  Would CFA  progress designation or a MS in finance help?

Hello guys I'm a current secondary mortgage

Lol on the fact that it looks you are saying that you are a physical secondary mortgage. Like as if a MBS created a wso acccount and posted this topic… haha

jokes aside I think CFA may hopefully help. Good luck. Sounds like a nice role. Wishing you all the best champ
