Remember that they hired you to be a part of a team, you're all on the same side. They want you to succeed, not to fail. Always keep that in the back of your mind. Focus on your work for now and make sure you excel at it. No matter how awkward you think you are (others might not even interpret it the way you do internally, we sometimes are our worst enemy), if you produce great work, your coworkers will like you for that. Confidence comes in many forms (i.e. social, professional, romantic etc). The more you gain confidence in your work, the more your internal confidence will grow as a whole and start to spill over into your other confidence buckets over time. I know it might be harder for you, but my other piece of advice is to just try and get to know your coworkers better. Geniunely be interested in learning more about them - what hobbies do they like? What are their favorite sports teams? where are they traveling this summer? Even if you're awkward in the way you approach to the questions and conversations, remember that most people generally love talking about themselves, and they will appreciate your genuine interest in getting to know them better. Hope some of this helps, hang in there bud it gets better. Beginning of a career is a stressful and confusing time in many ways but you'll get through it.
