Looking to move to Austin within the next 6-12 months and would like to start looking around for potential companies to apply/network into. Let me start with the obvious: All the BB banks for lenders and CBRE, JLL, CW for the brokers...ie the usual suspects.

Juniper Square has a presence in Austin. If you aren't familiar with them, they are an investment management software company dedicated to commercial real estate fundraising and investor relationship management. I know a number of large multifamily groups on the west coast that have transitioned to their platform. They are on the cutting edge of REPE.
