FT Re-recruiting to REPE

Hi everyone. I've been considering re-recruiting for FT and I've been prepping for interviews, leveraging my network throughout the summer, etc. but wanted to see if anyone had tips/advice for seeking FT offers in CRE

For context, I go to a non-target, and my background is pretty much focused on real estate and finance (the whole student fund gig). I have an internship at a middle market PE on their real estate team but I'm looking to rerecruit FT. I'd like to make the jump to either (1) a larger REPE firm (2) an investment bank or (3) a broker with the goal to get more reps in or be part of the RE team at a strong firm

I've started applying for IB FT offers, and ik many REPE firms open applications later next month, so honestly open to any feedback, comments, or general advice you all would have for me. Thanks!
