Future opportunities

Hello everyone I’m looking for advise on the future of my career. I’m currently a CRE underwriter for a MM bank in the Southeast, and after spending 2years at my job I’m starting to think about my future. As an UW, I’ve originated a lot of loans (term, construction, syndicated) on all product types, and I have managed a portfolio of more than $650MM loans. Although I love my current job I just think I’m undervalued/paid and I’m thinking about moving somewhere else. I have found other UW jobs in the Northeast and east for BB… however I don’t think I want to be an UW all my life. I do think that UWs have a lot of soft and hard skills that are very transferable so I’m wondering what are different exit opportunities? I’ll love to hear from someone who has had similar career bath… or anyone with good advice honestly. I’ll have to add that I’m thinking about going to pursue my MBA in 2 years and maybe switching to REPE? Maybe acquisitions? Just want some advice or career paths…. Thanks everyone and please be gently
