GGP - Associate

Can anyone comment on GGP (formerly Brookfield) and the recent posts to hire at the associate level? Obviously this is the US retail focused arm of Brookfield and was curious as to culture, pay, career growth, etc. Are they only Mall focused? Considering open-air retail fundamentals are stronger now than they have been in awhile are there tailwinds shaping up for GGP?

Seeing GGP being referred to as formerly known as Brookfield must seem a bit alien to anyone old enough to remember the original GGP pre buyout
