GLP Europe - Reputation, Career Growth, and Opportunities
Hi all,
What is the reputation and relevancy of GLP (Global Logistic Partners) in Europe? Know that they are one of the largest investors in real estate globally with a huge presence in logistics but are very Asia-focused (sold a huge chunk of their US portfolio to BX in 2019).
They seem to have 5 European funds (3 income ones as GLP Europe Income Partners and 2 development ones as GLP Europe Development Partners).
Would GLP Europe be a good place for career growth in the real estate private equity field (especially in acquisitions/fund management)?

Solid brand in Asia, not sure how renowned and successful they are in Europe...
I know shit about logistics but when I think about big logistics developers GLP, Prologis and Logicor are the first names that come to my mind.

Yes but is GLP at the level of Brookfield, Starwood, Fortress, Apollo or more of a Prologis, Greystar type of shop? Especially in Europe?
