Good Case Studies to Practice Modeling for a Portfolio/Asset Management Role?
I'm about 70% done with Bruce Kirsch's REFM modeling course and feel generally comfortable with modeling out waterfalls and development cash flow distributions/debt, but do portfolio/asset management modeling tests go that in depth or are they primarily just sensitivity analyses, modeling cash flow growth rates, debt service, etc. And are there any helpful case studies/practice exams for portfolio/asset management (as opposed to ground up development and acquisition models) modeling tests? And if so, what are they and where can I find them?
