I assume you mean western NY as "heartland" (like Rochester/Buffalo).  Not focused on those markets, but very present.

Big difference between WV and the rest though, maybe even IN.  Small asset/portfolio sizes and small per door cost means it's tough to play in those markets unless you're located there or truly focused locally.  Bit easier in PA/OH/NY since you have some actual dense urban areas.
