Would also add Morgan Group to that list. If you’re not looking to work for a developer or a broker, you’re going to be more limited. Houston isn’t nearly the finance hub that Dallas is in TX and the finance hubs are where you want to be if high volume acq or debt originations is what you’re looking for.

Houston has a really chill culture from what I hear. Most firms allow multiple bathroom breaks per day, which is a significantly more than east coast markets where analysts and associates typically have to use the bathroom at the desk (and yes that includes when they have to shit out of their ass).

I would just add to the previous commenter’s list and note that Hines and Tramell tend to be the most prestigious firms in Houston but their bathroom break policies are more akin to the east coast markets.
