How can I leverage my real estate internship into my junior year internship?

Hey guys,

I am a rising junior at a non-target school with a major in Economics and minor in Mathematics. I am currently interning at a commercial real estate company(a big one in this industry), but I am more interested in working at an investment bank. I also realize that it's imperative to get an internship in that industry after my junior year. My question is, how can I possibly leverage my current experience in the real estate industry into the "finance" industry?
