Internship in Valuations or Originations?

Hi! I'm currently a sophomore. End goal is to do acquisitions in REPE.

Based on my research, not sure if either will get me to REPE, but I'm only a sophomore.

NOTE: Option 2, I haven't received an offer from yet, but I think I will, and I want more time to decide since I have to accept Option 1 mid this week.

Option 1: Advisory subsidiary of T10 MF REPE doing valuations, a lot of it for its REIT.

Option 2: Loan Originations at FHA/Fannie/Freddie lender. This option is more client-faced, but not sure if being involved in a well-known REIT helps Option 1's case? Idk Pay TBD, but I assume its lower than Option 1.

Option 3: Just wait and see what else I get? It's only November. This may be the most risk-reward option.

Of course, there are other factors such as location, culture, etc. but in terms of best to help my career progress, which option would you pick and why?

Thanks! Let me know if more detail is necessary.
