Interview modeling Help
Working on finishing a model for an interview and wanted to see if I could get some help.
One of the criteria’s are to create sensitivity analysis tables for • Purchase Price: discount rate vs. cap rate and • Purchase Price PSF: discount rate vs. cap rate
How would I go about doing this assuming I have already completed the model
