Introduction - Whom am I

My name is Ben Eshun and currently the CEO of BAE (Management and BI) Consulting Ltd in the United Kingdom located in a city called Hull. I am a Management and BI consultant providing System Development, Funding Advising, Dashboard using SSRS and Power BI.

I am currently moving into the development of Business Plans for individual and corporate bodies. As part of the plans, financial modelling is key. I am currently working on two business plans namely Real Estate Regeneration and Affordable Housing and Student Residential Accommodations.

My clients will be using the plans to pitch to investors and therefore the financial model I have to create would have to stack up. This is a new direction for me but with the two clients I have, I would like to learn a bit of modelling so I could give my client the absolute best Financial Modelling in the business plan.

This is the reason I am here.
