Very team dependent but from what I've seen in a HCOL area, top teams are still basing at around $60-80k and bonuses have been abysmal these past couple of years based on the market turning downwards.
Confirming this. Was at a major brokerage and that’s why the pay was (including abysmal bonus the past couple years lol)
Some shops won’t even give you commission splits based on how the teams are structured lol
