JLL Capital Markets D/E Excel Test

Currently in the interview process for an analyst position within JLL's capital markets group. There was mention of an excel test during a conversation. Does anyone here have any insight on what the format or structure of the test is? I am trying to best prepare myself and any help would be greatly appreciated.

I took it a couple years ago, but thought they discontinued it. Just know basic real estate fundamentals and excel calculations. I had to build a very basic cash flow model, which they had all assumptions given, show returns: UIRR, IRR, EM, and add a sensitivity analysis. Also know how to put together a standard amortization table.

I would say expect something along the lines of this and you will be fine, doubt they have really changed it much. This was with HFF before the merger by the way.

Hope this helps and good luck to you.

By the way, I'm curious what market you are in? I could probably give better advice dependent on where you are interviewing.

Thanks for the advice! I accepted an offer from another firm but this will definitely help other potential candidates  for JLL
