Hey there I just spoke with a jll recruiter for a associate position in a HCOL. I have 6 months of experience and they said the role is salaried which is new to them. They asked what I was expecting and said I’m willing to discuss that later. I know most analysts get paid a base plus a percentage of the of the commission. What should I ask for base salary and what percentage of the fee
