When will this job market open back up? I've been on the sidelines working at state financing agency for LIHTC multifamily for a year and some change. Has anyone started to see hiring pick back up? I know I need to be patient but I'm really losing it. Between COVID and unprecedented interest rate hike last few years have been torture. Do you think will have some reprieve once we know who the next president is?
