Job Market for Current College Seniors (entry-level positions)

I'm a current college senior looking for a job in the real estate space after school. I have good internship experiences on my resume, most recently with a prominent Acquisitions group in New York this past summer. Ideally, I'd like to be back in Manhattan after graduation if that helps provide clarity. Also, with rates coming down, I would think shops would be loading up on new hires, but the job market still seems pretty thin. I'm not seeing much online in terms of postings, especially for entry-level positions, and I'm wondering what people's thoughts are on this to possibly help me out.
