JP Morgan 2023 Commercial Real Estate Summer Analyst Program
Just received word today that I was selected for a superday for the JP Morgan 2023 Commercial Real Estate Summer Analyst Program. Not sure if anyone has previous experience interviewing for this role or any suggestions. The superday email also made no mention of cities my application is being considered for. I'm assuming city selection will be made by JPM's behalf. Thanks.
Should be fairly light, just know your story and interest in real estate. The equity group is a harder interview, but this is not them. Good luck!
Good to know. It seems like it would be mostly behavioral questions then. In terms of technicals, should I prepare to see mainly the standard accounting questions?
If you saw an accounting question I’d be shocked. You should expect all behaviors, maybe a macro real estate view on the market or a property type. Should be real easy. There’s a girl on tiktok who got this same internship and had no clue what she was even applying for and goes to a state school in FL. So should be a breeze if that’s the bar lol
