Within the Asset Management arm? I know someone who got a good IR job when they left.
JPM lending group pay structure as follows:
1st year- 10k Signing / 85k base / 10k bonus 2nd year- 95k base / 55k bonus 3rd year- 95k base / 95k bonus
Is this cmbs?
mostly lending, with some community development. JP morgan's real estate ib arm is within IB then you get placed in a group after acceptance into IB
