JPMC CRE Analyst Intern Offer

I have an offer from JPMC for their CRE Analyst Internship for Summer 2023. I definitely want to do RE, but I'm *more* interested in acquisition/development w/REITs and REPE, and I have some interviews in progress for those firms, but none of them can get back to me by the deadline on my JPMC offer. Does anyone have any information on JPMC/the role both this summer and FT (hypothetically if I interned and received a FT offer) that would give me more perspective on the pros/cons of accepting? Is it worth taking for JPMC and the RE experience? Are there decent opportunities to jump from JPMC CRE to REITs/REPE for FT (either FT next summer or as a 2-year FT exit op, etc) just in case I did FT and still wanted to exit? Or should I stick it out and try for the REIT/REPE positions I've in the pipeline? Keep in mind, I'm definitely interested in the JPMC role, and I do have other standing offers, but not as attractive as the JPMC one. Thanks.
