Hi all, I have a case study interview for a Land Development Financial Analyst opening with the Walton Group of Companies in NYC. It's my first case study interview and I'm not sure what the best way to prepare for this is.
Do any of you have any experience interviewing for this firm or preparing for land development case studies?

Just wondering...would they be looking for general conversation and 'back of the envelope' calculations in an in person interview just to see if you understand the process and basic numbers/thought process of development deals to do they want you to sit down at a computer and run a model for actual example deals? Like a homework assignment?
I was told that it will be a 2 hours Excel modeling test is designed to test my ability in building out an annual cash flow, including debt and equity of a simple land development project.
