LaSalle Global Partner Solutions

Can someone kindly explain the business model of LaSalle Global Partner Solutions? I know it's been newly acquired through Aviva.

On their website, it says it does FoF, JV, Co-investments, and Secondaries. I have a pretty good idea of FoF or Secondaries. I'm more curious about JV or Co-investment angle because, in some cases, commingled funds can also invest in JV or Co-investment deals.

How does the Global Partner Solutions Business differ from LaSalle's Income & Growth Funds? Who would be the LPs in the GPS, and how might they differ from the regular LPs in commingled funds?

What would be the pros and cons of working on JV or Co-investment deals?

Really appreciate your help!
