LaSalle Investment Management - Chicago
Have an interview coming up with them within CRE AM. Any idea what bonus range is? Senior analyst base range is $105k-110k which is pretty low.
Is the bonus 50%+ or is this the worst paying mega REPE in the country?
That's market tbh.
I guess it’s market if there’s an associate and senior associate step above it
It makes me feel great knowing the random HR "talent acquisition" girlies in the office make just as much as me.
They don’t pay great and that is Chicago pricing. I am also pretty sure AM roles there get limited bonus.
It’s around 25% or so, which is market for Chicago. But good culture and solid work life balance.
Well its not REPE as most people think of it. Unfortunately it is retardedly common at the big firms that there is a differentation between AM and Acquisitions in terms of perstige and pay. I would argue that AM is actually way more important, but the people who make the decisions on pay don't tend to agree.
